Bosnia and Herzegovina's Konzum and Mercator introduced significant improvements to their loyalty cards. The popular Pika Card has become more practical and profitable, and there is also a new mobile application that offers numerous new savings opportunities.
It was an opportunity to design a new Pika Card communication platform in which the main role is played by the Good Spirit of the bonus that magically appears from the Pika application. The role of the ghost was played by the legendary surrealist Zenit Đozić, with whom the young actors from Bosnia and Herzegovina Elma Juković and Davor Golubović appear in the TV spot.
